May I get more information about my subscription ?
Yes! In customer area you can find:
- your membership expiration date,
- your rebilling date,
- details about you credit card transactions,
- many other useful information.
 
I have a problem with username and password, what do I do ?
Before contacting us please note:
1. You login, is your Email.
2. Username and password are case sensitive.
3. Your conformation email contains your login and password. Please confirm it prior to calling our tech support.

If you did not receive conformation Email, please visit Customer support page and send us a message. We will respond within 24 hours

 
I paid for subscription by Paypal service. How can I cancel my subscription ?
In this case you need to visit Paypal site and cancel subscription from there.
 
Will you send me any confirmation Email when I subscribe ?
Yes. When you have subscribed and we successfully charged you credit card, bank or PayPal account, we will send you a confirmation Email with membership description, transaction details and other important information. Please read this message carefully.

If your subscription is recurring we will also send you a confirmation Email one day before rebilling date.

 
I have canceled my subscription, but I was re-billed. What happened ?
If you do not want to renew your membership, you must cancel it within your initial subscriptions. If you failed to cancel your subscription until 11 PM EST(GMT -5) before expiration date of a membership, you will be re-billed for membership period.

For example: Joy bought a 3 day membership on January 1st. If he does not want to renew his memberships he must visit the "Customer area" and cancel rebilling until 11 PM EST January 4th. If he does not do it, we will charge him for next membership period.

If you think the re-billing was made by mistake, you should go to the customer support page and notify us by providing your login information and detailed description of a problem. We will investigate the case within 24 hours, and if we conclude that you has canceled your membership on time indeed, we will credit your account.
